Still trying to go dive in 2005
I e-mailed some more of my contacts today for some help trying to find interested divers with experience in hard diving conditions. I want the next dive to be concentrated on the sand mound. Handheld magnetometers would be of great use as well as long pieces of rebar for probing. We need to see if there is metal in the sand mound.


Bigger Fireplace
I have been busy this summer building my new fireplace at home. This thing is going to be a monster at 8ft diameter and approximately 15ft high when completed. I am building its structural shell out of concrete cylinders that were cast at work for testing concrete. The outer shell of the fireplace will be covered with round rocks when completed and the walls of the fireplace will be more than 12inches thick. B-52 engine recovery
The two B-52 engines where officially mine for a couple of days this week. Brun-Way called me up last month to see if I wanted to have them. They obviously received a picture of me with the engines taken in April and they decided to offer them to me first. I accepted and we got them out of their 50 year old resting place yesterday. I have decided to bring them to a recycling company for credit and proper disposal. A lot of aluminum and magnesium in those babies!! I did
